The main reason for this letter is to express my and my wife's, sincere thanks to you, and all at Town & Country Driveways. When we contacted you, back in late July, we explained that we had a very tight timescale, of three weeks, to get our driveway laid and ready for use in time for my daughters wedding on the 11th August, this timescale however did not seem to daunt anyone, but was rather taken as a challenge from all concerned. All the people that we dealt with, either on site or at the far end of a phone, in your office, we found very professional, very courteous, and very helpful. The timescale was not only met but beaten by three days. In many ways it does not seem right to mention individuals, all played their part, but I would like to extend our special thanks to the ladies in the office. They kept us informed on what was happening, ringing round and arranging things, even chasing the local water board to get a cover that was damaged during the work (not actually on the drive) repaired. They were very pleasant to deal with, and overall did an excellent job.
